Got a sapphire nitro rx 5700 xt se and had it working fine.

If i switch nitro glow to external source the card s lights just get stuck on whatever pattern was showing before. Could toggle rgb settings in trixx. I m quite ignorant about this and i m from south east asia so ordering from amazon or newegg is not a good option for me. All rgb on the gpu turned off and now won t work at all.
